Meegan Burbank is a native of Aroostook County who was raised on Maine’s mid coast. After she graduated from William & Mary Law School in Virginia, she returned to Maine and has over 20 years of experience practicing in Maine’s courts. Her practical approach to the law utilizes risk assessment and long term strategy to assist clients in attaining their goals efficiently. She values her opportunity to understand her client’s points of view and motivations in order to better serve their legal needs. When she is not working, you are likely to find her covered in dirt from a horse or from the garden.
Liisa Hamilton works in our real estate practice. She graduated from Franklin Pierce Law Center in 1987 and practiced with Tom Berry for ten years. Since 2000, she has handled all of the firm’s routine real estate matters, including title searches and closings. When she is not working, Liisa enjoys skiing at Sugarloaf, cooking and baking for friends and finding great deals at flea markets.
Valery Curtis graduated from the University of Southern Maine and got her paralegal certificate at Andover College. She is a member of the National Association of Legal Assistants and Paralegals. She has been with the firm since 2000. When she isn’t working, Valery lives for boating, reads voraciously and enjoys spending time with her friends and family and her dogs, Ellie and Izzy.
